Elizabeth Reaser has a career as an American film, television and theatre actor. Her most well-known role is The Twilight Saga (film), Greys Anatomy (series) as well as True Detective. Jessica began to show an passion for film and television. Her career began as a model for fashion. Her discovery as an actress after the Australian casting director contacted models to audition. The role she was offered was "Kiki" in Lightning Point/Alien Surf Girls. Since then, her small role on Peter Pan and Aquamarine has been watched. Roman Empire was a Netflix original show in which she played Cleopatra. She also was in the film of cult status, Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales. Jessica got a call from all over the world to be the main character in The Outpost. Her producers received a recording of her performance in MMA and a clip of her performing. After asking if she was able to do sword-fighting she promptly sent the producers a short video. Jessica was able to read the script and knew the character would need the training for weapons. Her first video was recorded session with a professional after reading it. Jonathan Glassner says that her stunt team were surprised with how well she did in her initial lesson. The Outpost is her first significant film in the US as her previous films were filmed from Australia. The role capitalizes on Jessica's passion of action, with her mix disciplines of horse riding, martial arts, weapon skills, and athletic abilities enabling her to pull off her tricks and truly embody the strong female character. Jessica has been trained in boxing as well as muay Thai in Australia and has also been practicing at a mixed martial training facility for martial arts. Jake Stormoen encountered a roaming stray during making Season 4. The puppy had taken up residence on one of the set. Jessica accepted two of the pups.
